Is my ipod defective??

    i couldnt get videos on my itouch with Videora iPod touch Converter. it would convert fine and i would see it in my folder but when i synced it said could not be copied because it cannot be found or cannot be played on this ipod. so i was like ok i think its time to update the software for itouch. so as the new software was installing it said error. ok so i tried doing a restore for my itouch and guess what that didn't work either i ended up getting an error in my restore. so wat da hell do i do now if i cant even restore my itouch. somebody please help me....!!!

    Device:
    iPod touch
    With videora, just go into iTunes, and then import the file. It should work from there.
