Should I downgrade iOS4 to 3.1.3? I want jailbroken apps, y'see. and if I restore from a backup which has 4.0 firmware on it, will I be updated straight to 4.0? thanks.

stop making useless threads! most apps are now requiring 4.0 so, just get 4.0... if cydia apps don't work right then thats your problem, not ours, so stop making usless threads
