Well I live in New Zealand and the only place which sells iPhone 4's is Vodafone and unlike the other generations iPhone 4 needs to be purchased on a plan.

The only plan which I can pay for per month is the NZD$60 plan.
    Which includes:
    - 60 Minutes of calling
    - 600 texts
    - 250 megs of data

    please leave a comment

The full price of the iPhone 4 (32GB) is NZD$1299
but with the NZD$60 plan and a contract of 2 years it is $749 or something like that.

im not from NZ but compare it to other price plans (for other phones).... if there's a big difference, then you got your answer - might be better to buy it on ebay and get some cheap price plan....

Yeah but you dont really have a choice for plans cuz they already made iphone ONLY plans. Which you have to choose to buy the iPhone.
