I want to install it so I can use one thing from it. Would it be safe?
yes its perfectly safe
Does Supreme Preferences iTouch work on 3.0?
You'll get mixed reviews. I'm in the "it worked fine for me" boat. Others can't seem to bail out the water fast enough from the holes SP3 caused, so they ultimately restored. It seems so polar opposite that I gotta question what apps were installed for those having issues. None the less, people did have issues with it, so user beware.
Which feature of it were you wanting to use? Perhaps there's a one-off app for it...
EDIT: Yes, 3.0 is the firmware I was using it on, without error. Have not tried on 3.1.2.
Get rid of the docked icon labels. Manually isn't working. Nor is the theme that comes with Winterboard. By the way, which repo is it in?
It 'was' on one of the sources that came pre-installed with Cydia. I do not know which one. It was yanked many weeks back because too many people were having issues with it. The deb I have (at home) is supremepreferences3.0.9. If you're still not having any luck, I can help out in ~8 hours when I get home and toss ya' the deb.
I for sure remember no docked/no undocked icon labels worked fine when I was using SP3. Now I see why you wanted to know about the font size, lol.
That'd be great! Thanks!
I'd be careful. I installed it on 3.1 and it didn't show up at all, so I uninstalled it. But now, some of the default settings are missing from Settings.app.
Working perfectly for me.
Did you go into WinterBoard and enable it? When you initially install it, nothing shows up. It's like a 'theme' which needs to be enabled.
