I have Wubi (Ubuntu) 9.04 installed on my Vista SP1 Partition, and I was wondering if it is safe to defag my disk while having Wubi installed? I don't wanna mess anything up

Also, are there any specific tool you would recommend to defrag my disk with?

I am thinking about using this: Auslogics Disk Defrag

I would defrag everything except for the ubuntu folder. You can check what you want, right?

If you're asking a question like that, you want to make sure you know what defragmenting actually is.
