Is it possible to edit ipod app .nib files without sdk on 10.4.11?

    Im just wondering cuz i tried editing the ipod touch .nib files with older version of interface builder but to no avail. And I was also wondering if it was possible to decompile the binary file in the .app folder to something I can make sense of instead of just using a hexeditor.

    you can change the file extension from .nib to .plist and you can edit it manually
