Is it possible to always stay connected to the net no matter my location? This includes being anywhere from being in a car to a local restaurant. If so how? Thanks in advance guys

no its not possible, unless you live in a place where absolutely every corner of the street has an open network with internet.

yah i was thinking about getting a mifi and just using skype as my phone, but i just decided that id rather get a regular phone. yah but the mifi is definetely what you want, you can get them at cartoys or online for like 50 bucks, but the 3g plan is 512 MB per month(or 256MB i cant remember) for 40 bucks or 5GB for 60 bucks a month so its probably not worth it unless you like really need it for like work or something

    That's how it is everywhere.

I live in a really remote area (off-grid, no neighbors, etc), and Verizon 3G was my only option.

$60 a month for 5GB of data use. And, Verizon gouges me. Supposedly, I go through ~4.5GB monthly with zero downloading, zero Youtube, no online gaming, nothing but normal web browsing. I went over one month by a few MB (not even 50MB) and got slapped with a $140 overage charge on top of the $60.

As long as you've got service, it's nice to have internet anywhere, but the cost is pretty big.

It's pricy, but if you have the funds, it's definitely worth it.
