I have a bunch of themes I want to uninstall so I tried it with Rock first. It kept crashing and that got annoying really fast. So I tried to uninstall with Cydia's queue method (because I didn't want it to reload the data every time) and it crashed. Of course all that was in the queue was lost. Can I just delete themes with ssh or would that be bad?

It wouldn't be bad, but the theme names would still be in winterboard, but won't do anything of course (I think, you might want to wait for someone to confirm

that would kind of bug me if it still shows in Cydia and Rock but oh well its better than Cydia reloading the data every time (on satellite internet) or rock crashing.

Exactly, that's why you should install them using SSH as well

The funny thing about this is that if you uninstall the theme you are running at the moment it will still be there untill you respring

That's how I do it. Cydia uninstillation basically does the same thing anyways
