    hi newbie here,

    am think about jailbreaking the i pod touch but i am worried about my warranty. can you restore say apple would not know any difference.

    is it easy to i have 1.1.3 firmware and 7.6 itunes

    should i wait for the next version of jailbreak


    any help please

    You will loose your warranty. But you can just use iTunes to "restore" so they won't see that you jailbreaked it. To your other questions: I don't know. I'm on 1.1.2 and I don't deal with 1.1.3 in any way

    you should downgrade to 1.1.1 and jailbreak it is soooooooooooo simple...simple as typing a website into safari and clicking a link
    even after jailbreak 1.1.3 you wont have the luxury of many apps that are available for 1.1.1 and 1.1.2 because of some restrictions and rewriting apps
    so i recommend downgrading just use one of the methods where u dont need iphuc...seems very simple and a high success rate
    your in the clear after a restore as well so dont worry about that aspect of it
