Hi just checking with you fellows: is the firmware of the iPod Touch always resetting to the Cupertino region after a restore? Is it the same with the Clock app? i.e. there's always the Cupertino clock inside after a fresh restore?

Yes. Simple as that. Not only the clock but all your iPod settings is set back to default if you restore it.

Because the main Apple office/store is located at Cupertino, CA.
