    even if apple allows themes, copy paste and mutitasking, they will never allow full access to the directories. so jailbreaking will always be there!

    They could make it very very difficult if they are introducing a whole new OS with 3.0.

    The exploits that allow us access to the "insides" of the devices have nothing to do with the firmware, so no matter what Apple does, we will always have access to the "insides"

    The thing is writing all of the codes to all of the modifications of those 3rd party apps over again, in the format of the new OS.

    If they change the code to the extent that Appstore developers have to rewrite their apps then there will be chaos and rioting... Then again, a move from 2.2.1 to 3.0 must signify a leap of faith of some description... tyhe mind boggles... lets just wait and see

    Wrong !!! Apps have to be compatible to 3.0. Otherwise it would be ridiculous.
