So, iOS4 is coming out on Monday. Is it worth getting it? I definitely would want to jailbreak. I know there is a version of redsn0w that works with the GM. However, I have heard that some packages that I like aren't yet compatible. Is it worth going on to iOS4? Should I stay with 3.1.3 jailbroken? What do you think?

I'm a hardcore jailbreaking fan no doubt but once I got the GM Jailbreaking faded away. So yes it's %100 worth it. But wait for the official release monday. There are still a few bugs :/

I'm not updating unless the current firmware I'm on expires or until they jailbreak 4.0.

Probably. Saurik may be working on it right now, but it will probably take a while to get everything working.

It comes with heaps of improvements and features, plus, it's free. So yeah, it is definitely worth it.

I'm not sure it is worth it. The memory leaks have been pretty horrible so far, and at the end of the day, many of the Jailbreak apps of 3.X would not be updated for 4.X.

The GM is actually Beta 5 though, in this instance Apple hasn't followed the same trend as the other Betas, because this time around the Betas weren't stable, in this iteration they have been. So we got the Beta 5 packaged as the "gold master" probably as a ploy for the Jailbreak Devs.
