Is installing OpenSSH same as installing the SSH app when jailbreaking?

    Is installing OpenSSH same as installing the SSH app when jailbreaking?

    If I'm correct, OpenSSH actually allows you to access your iPod via SFTP. The SSH app just lets you toggle whether you want it enabled or not.

    uhm.. i asked myself the same some time ago, cause i didnt get a new "open ssh" icon on my screen and if i am uninstalling it now (i have the ssh app installed but wanted a better ssh tool so i tried the open ssh...), the open ssh uninstaller deletes the ssh app.
    so i think it is the same. but i am not sure.
