I remember last time chronic dev was in the news they released a "jailbreak" in a zipped folder with a password and when it was cracked the contents of the zipped folders was software trials and stuff. Do you think they're really going to do something this time? I'm dying to jailbreak my iPhone 4 on 4.1!

I thought that was by some troll pretending to be them.

The real chronic dev team are the people who helped make my touch 2g MB JB possible.

It doesn't matter if chronic dev are real or not, pod2g wrote that he sent the SHAtter exploit info to both chronic dev and the dev team.

Chronic dev team has never released a jailbreak......

They've never not been 'for real'. They're a respected dev team and helped a lot with the previous bootrom exploit. They've never released any weird zipped folders so I don't know where you got that.

    Hi Everyone,

Just to confirm the Chronic Dev Team do a lot of work that barely everyone knows about like just now he is helping me find some more holes in the firmware and he has found a few and we are so close. I am almost for certain that the jailbreak will be realeased soon!
