So I tried to install imobilecinema and and its required components. Then when I tried to open up Bossprefs it instantly crashes, every time. Any ideas?

On an unrelated note my terminal has been crashing on installation too? But since I never use it I haven't paid much attention to it.

Neither mobile terminal nor bossprefs are compatible with 4.1

there is a version of mobile terminal available that will work with 4.1 however it is not been released in cydia. search for it with google and then install the deb file using ssh

As far as your other problem. I dont know of a working version of bossprefs for 4.1
However like red rum said, sbsettings offers the same setting options as bossprefs.

Ok thanks, any clue on how to get rid of bossprefs icon from my ipod. I removed the packages and the source, but it refuses to disappear lol.

Install cydelete from cydia. This will add the "X" to all cydia apps. Return to your springboard. Hold down on the app untill the apps begin to wiggle.
Then press the red X to delete the app.
