my hands and fingers are hugely disproportionate to the rest of my body. I have pretty large fingers.

Blocks from the game Trism are the perfect size for my finger detection.

Now, I really love Bejeweled on the PC but the screenshots from the appstore make it seem like the ipod version has jewels/blocks to small for my fingers. I'm afraid that if I want to move one jewel it will detect another block that my finger is over and move that jewel instead of the one I wanted to move.

    Can anybody help me out?

topple is the first that comes to mind try it out but i dont think your figure size should have an affect on using your screen i mean if you can open apps you should be able to play bejeweled

Try the game "Diamond Twister Lite" and see if it works. It's lite so you can try it out for free. If it works, then get bejeweled because it's a pretty fun game.
