Is all of this stuff legal?

    Is jailbreaking, and adding third party applications (nes, game boy advance, iphone aps, voip, etc) legal? My parents want to confirm that it is legal before I continue to do it. Please let me know!

    Jailbreaking is completely legal (despite the name). However, downloading ROMs for games that you don't own is illegal.

    jailbreaking is completely legal . but installing games roms,bios that you dont own or have is illegal. just telling you

    Legal, almost everything with jailbreaking is completely legal.
    Downloading emulator roms you don't own is considered illegal.

    Correction: It's legal as long as you own an iPhone.

    dont worry, the apple police won't come running down your parent's houser and arrest their precious little timmy for installing some iphone apps
