hey is 1.1.3 a stable firmware? last time i tried and upgraded to it, and i had to re jailbreak, and i only went to 1.1.2. 1.1.3, had problems with the summerboard and all the other apps, but my friend told me that its was fixed and is stable now. i just want a few other opinions before a go any farther. i'm in 1.1.1 right now and am working on getting it 1.1.2 so yea... any suggestions?

    It's stable.

If you want to jailbreak to 1.1.3, you might as well jailbreak 1.1.4, which was made very easy.
    Download Ziphone 2.6b (http://www.ziphone.org/)
Once you have that, you can restore to a clean version of 1.1.4 using iTunes.
After that, just click Jailbreak in Ziphone, and it will be done in about 45 seconds.

I've Been on 1.1.3 only for a couple of days. I've installed probably 20 apps including summerboard. They all work fine and I've had no problems.

1.1.3 is great. You can't hide apps anymore (without poof, which sucks, it hides all of your icons sometimes), but with the free update you can just move everything to a seperate page. Worth it. Definitely. Do it. Do not hesitate.
