Like is it worth it? Or should I just stick to 1.1.2.?

I don't want it to f*** up my ipod.

I went through a ton of bullsh*t to get 1.1.3 JB on my iPod, not that it will happen to you, I probably messed up somewhere.

When I installed the 1.1.3 update in installer (right after iBrickr did it's thing), the ipod crashed and would get stuck in recovery mode. I then had to spend time figuring iPhuc out.

    Then 1.1.1
Then 1.1.1 JB (for some reason iBrickr didn't recognise it as JB...)
    Then 1.1.2
    Then 1.1.2 JB
    Then 1.1.3 iBrickr
...this took hours. Or at least it felt that way.
    Now I have it.

But all you get is the dock.
So I did that trick to get the apps for free but turn your iPod into an iPhone.
I forgot to try the Wifi location thing, right now I'm putting back my 1200 songs and 5 movies. (With USB 1.0

    )

    Is it worth it?
I dont know, not really, yet.
There are some neat new features, and the Webclips are nifty.

It's worth it if it works for you without a restore, for sure.
But the 3 past hours have been very frustrating for me.

    Hope that helped.

I don't know if this will help you, but this is what I did.

I jail broke my touch with the Ibrick app. I got everything up and running. I then downloaded the new apps from Itunes. I now have the new installer, and the legit apps from mac. I know there's a way to get the apps for free, but I went ahead and downloaded them just in case somethings goes wrong with the 1.1.3 jailbreak after mac releases the sdk update. That way if I have to reset my touch, I'll still have the apps and the firmware, and can jailbreak again later.

FYI alot of the apps for 1.1.2 work with 1.1.3
