Is 1.1.3 apps available on 1.1.2?

    ok calm down.no its not possible, 1.1.3 is required for it too work. all this special stuff was done by apple, decryptions, locations, and all this stuff. it goes way over my head,

    fix your topic name than man. the way you wrote it is misleading.

    looks like your saying that 1.1.3 apps are available on 1.1.2 , which you need a ? to make sense.
