    when i try this command i get
    Got USB
    No iPhone/iPod found.

    ive already uploaded the 2.1.1 ibss i just wanna know how to get -s enabled

    Set your iPod in DFU mode.

    lol i know it is, you cant upload something without it being in DFU

    no im trying to get -s to work in dfu mode so i can jailbreak i can do it i just need to make shell work ill write a guide also

    windows xp and i have installed the lib usb drivers
    ------------------double post merged------------------
    i start by holding home and sleep for 10 seconds then it turns off, i keep holding home for 5 -1 0 seconds pc beeps
    i open irecovery upload *******.bin and it says uploading to device then it executes it
    but -s will not recognize the ipod

    If its vista, Uninstall the libusb stuff then reinstall as administrator and with xp compatibility enabled.
    Worked for me.
