IPT2g cannot restore (used redtool) error 1604 ... text based restore... HELP

    IPT2g cannot restore to orig FW at all! Just keeps giving me errors

    See title.

    Used Red tool to JB

    DFU and restore to the normal 2.2.1 firmware, then use QuickPwn.

    An error 1604 usually means you did not send the patches over correctly, start the jailbreak over

    I'm not jbing , im restoring.

    Itunes is being stupid with me.

    When i restore the command line just does a certain command over and over again . ( visual boot)

    Wait, restoring as in restoring back to the original 2.2.1 or a Custom 2.2.1?

    Is your ipod in dfu? If not put it in dfu and then try restoring to the original firmware.

    Tried DFU. Shows Connect to itunes. then restore and then it goes into the restore steps in a command like thing but it gets stuck on one command

    If it shows the connect to iTunes logo, it's not even in DFU Mode.
