My IPT1G only plays audio through the right earbud...the left earbud works when toggled

any way i can make the audio jack work better without opening up the whole ipod and replacing parts?

if i move the headphone cord around the left audio sometimes works...sometimes not.

i'm not sure how to fix this so that both left and right audio works

Try a different set of headphones first.

Odds are it's just the earbud's plug being faulty.
