when i fully turn off my ipod touch (by holding the sleep button and sliding it off) and then when i turn it on just by holding the sleep button, it boots into restore mode. it's done this 3 times and im not even holding the home button to put it into restore mode. Please help me fix this problem!!

    **EDIT
i forgot to mention that i used iPhuc to get out of restore mode those three times so i actually didn't restore it, i just found a way to have it restart

    You are wrong.

Open the 1.1.2 JB folder and select "Boot from Recovery"

If you are running 1.1.3(JB) then dont shut your touch off.
I just restored back to 1.1.2 yesterday because mine went into restore mode 10 times in 3 days due to apps freezing, etc.
To get it out of restore mode, download iBrickr (Click Here) and follow this guide (Click Here)
