The new video of ipodtouchmaster explains how you get summerboard working on a 1.1.3 iPod Touch. I followed the steps but after he says I have to reboot my iPod froze up on me. He's now at the Apple logo and the spinning wheel doesn't turn. It's just frozen. Can anyone help me? Force restoring my iPod is (hopefully) not an option. I had to force restore it last weekend and I've got everything on it right now and I DON'T want to restore again.

Same thing happened to me. I did a hard restore and I'm sticking with 1.1.2 until 1.1.3 is fully compatible with all the programs.

Allright, I let my iPod on until it had no battery power left. Then I rebooted it and it forced me to restore. f***! Now I can start all over again

if this thing happens to anyone, try to "force reboot" its like "force restore" but keep holding the hold/sleep button and home button till it shutdown...

thats what i did when the "spinning wheel of death" happened to me

Arrgh!! this has ahappened to me, now its in recovery mode and independence wont take it out.

Is it best to let the battery run out?
