"iPod3,1" hints on 3.0 Firmware

    Personally, I could care less about a re-design. As long as it has the performance (and other) upgrades.

    Yep, right there with you on that. The design is classic. Apple really did well on the iPhone (and iPod touch's) design. But, atleast on the iPod touch, they left out a lot of the features that should be there.

    I agree with that. It was smart for apple to make a popular device that people will buy, and then slowly upgrade to what their iPhone has because they know the features of the phone will sell well . . . . Good profit for apple

    No, Apple is really a genius company. It is very smart for them to milk their products for as long as they can, upgrading slowly, to keep their expenses down, but profits up. And their marketing is very good too. Anyone else remember when they released first gen iPhone, and the commercials. I know 5-year olds who wanted one of the iPhones. It was very smart.

    I'm not too sure if they aired any of them in Canada, though I never looked on the net either, I could be wrong though.
