"iPod3,1" hints on 3.0 Firmware

    I was just looking around in SSH on my iPod Touch 2G Firmware 3.0 and i found the BlueTool init script for the iPod touch 3,1:

    There is supposedly going to be a BCM4329 which is Bluetooth 2.1+EDR that has 802.11n wireless.

    Screenshot it? I'm not sure why a bluetool init script would be including that information...

    Nice find dude. This very well indicates that a new iPod Touch has been in the works and is bound to be unleashed by fall '09. I'm friggin excited man..! :D

    No, don't believe this. A bluetool init script wouldn't include that.

    I hope the new device is relatively cheap, cause i want one now even more.

    Especially if it is going to be improved upon.
