I decided to turn off my iPod Touch 2G after about a week's uptime but when i did so, it got stuck at the rotating wheel! It's been like that for almost 4 hours now. I'm waiting for the battery to drain now! What could be the problem?

You probably got the spinning wheel of death? I'm pretty sure you should restore in iTunes.

Anyways if i restore in DFU mode and re-jailbreak, i'll lose my games highscore and stuff?

Wow! That worked! Didn't holding the power and home button at the same time put it in DFU mode? How come it shut it off then?
    Anyways thanks for the help!

DFU mode is holding the power and home button for 10 seconds, then letting go of Only the power button

    Ok,thanks for the info!
All i remember that i installed recently was a theme(which i tried to mess around with to modify it and i was succesful, apparently) and some custom alarm tones! I guess the theme messed it up?
