Its new for me. I laid down and let the music play while it was in my pocket. When I got it to change the music, it was in sleep mode and it wasn't responding for nothing, no home button, no sleep button, nothing and the most incredible was the music kept on playing. I remembered the last thing I did was to open the Periodic Table app, I was having a chemistry class. I hope someone finds a way out to fix it. I didnt tried to restore it yet, Im at school

hold both buttons (home and top) for a while, if nothing happens after a minute, when you get home

plug into you mac/pc and hold the buttons for another minute, and if nothing happens after that, take advantage of your "One year limited warranty"

    hope this helps

Use the amove commenters method, but instead of using that warrenty and panicking, when at home hold the home button and connect it to itunes, then quickly remove the usb cord while holding the on button and then quickly put the usb cord back in, itunes will then sort the problem out.

Yes.. As I said I was at school so there was nothing I could do related to restoring. The first thing I did when I turned my pc on was to try those methods.
Fortunately I managed to put into Restore Mode and did the restore normaly.

    Thanks anyway.
