As per my knowledge the bluetooth and FM idea is not bad though it has not came yet.
But other that is WIFI,internet and email that means you are make it as a Iphone.
This facility is provided in Iphone the why to include in Ipod. Ipod is just player and it can't include all other facility.

Well, for 2G and 3G, there is A2DP bluetooth (if yuo have updated to 3.0)
This means you can use stereo, only stereo, bluetooth headsets.
Also, the microphones do NOT work with bluetooth - even if built in to an A2DP 'set.
Also, on the subject of FM radio, the 2G/3G ipods are supposedly going to get it - the wifi chip built into the ipod has the technology for FM radio, but apple locked it off - and supposedly, just like they did with the bluetooth, Apple will be unlocking it!
Dont know when, but supposed features are "Tagging", where you hear a song, you can "tag" it, and if you are not connected to wifi to buy it right then, it will save the song name and information, and either when you get to wifi or get home and sync, you can buy that song off itunes!
The other feature is 15 minutes of "pause"
This means that you can pause the radio, and it will record for 15 minutes so you can listen through it, or, fast foward/ skip back to live.
Pretty cool, worth the wait, and the supposed $5 price tag.
