The wifi on my computer is experiencing some problems recently (it started a couple days ago). It dies, then once you reset the router, it comes back to life. All the computers in my house (wireless or wired) are experiencing this problem at the exact same time.

But i've noticed when i turn the wifi off my ipod (2nd gen touch), it works fine.

Is it possible that the wifi from my touch is interfering with the router/computer/something?

I got my ipod in October, and the wifi and computer worked fine, but only now have i been having these issues.

Has anybody else had these problems???? How can you fix it? If you even can...

Is this by any chance a linksys router?
From my experience, they do this quite often. Soon as I switched ( as well as 4 other people I know) to a different brand the problems went away.

D-Link makes a great wireless router. I've had many brands and specifically a linksyd that would drop like crazy. I havnt reset my new d link yet. Get on amazon and search around you can find good deals on them. What you're experiencing sounds like a router sh*tting out.

well i don't have a linksys but my relatives do, and the wi-fi doesn't work there, it used to work fine but then one time when i went there it won't let me connect. nothing has changed and even after reseting the router, turning off mac adress filtering, disabling the security for it, even restoring my ipod, it refuses to connect!

    linksys just don't like apple
