    Hi,

I had a problem with my iPod and sent it to Apple and they have shipped it back but it hasn't arrived to me yet. I had a problem with the headphone jack bit and I was just wondering, are they more likely to send me my iPod repaired, a refurbished one, or a new one. Obviously I am hoping for a new one but I don't think it will happen.

For the sake of quick return, they'll probably give you a refurbished one, keeping yours to sell/give as refurbished later.

ok thanks, and are refurbished ones normally in good cosmetic condition? And also the the one i sent in for repair had a personal engraving on it that wasn't done by apple so i wonder what they will do with it..
