It's probably not in DFU mode, check to make sure it's correct.
Try another comp, reinstall itunes, reboot your computer.
    Or just JB into untethered.

If its realy in dfu mode and itunes is not detecting then try one of these :
    1. Reinstall itunes
    2. Check in other account on your pc if its detecting

I Just reinstalled itunes and its still not detecting it, i tried it on another computer and it did the same thing. Im not sure if its in DFU mode but Ive tried about 10 times, so i think it is. So at the moment i cant Restore it(which i am willing to do) 2: i cant boot it with 1clickboot, because its not detcted in DFU mode.Ive looked around alot and i cant find any answers or anyone with the same problem.

Do you have LibUSB and C++ redistributable installed?

Check if you have LibUSB and the C++
And if you do, then you're not doing DFU Mode right...

Try different USB ports, also try hearing for the unplug/re-plug sounds made by your computer and follow that as DFU timing.
