Okay, whenever I am at the springboard, I can move everything. But whenever I am in apps, it doesn't freeze but the touchscreen won't respond. Whenever I went in clock the clock moved but I couldn't move the touchscreen, and whenever I went to music I can SOMETIMES click "Playlists" at the top but thats it but I can still control music by double tapping the home button. Its the same for every other app. TOUCHSCREEN will not move! It worked again yesterday, but now its doing it again. Please help...

Oh and also when I try to lock the ipod, it goes to a very dim version of my lockscreen (the screens supposed to turn off)

you have both dock and screenshot. Reboot a few times until it works, uninstall dock.

screenshot can't be uninstalled (leaves system files that cause it). The only way is to uninstall dock.

reboot until it works. It may require 10-12 reboots. Try everytime

do you have "respring" on your springboard? If
So, click the icon. If not, do the reboot thing.

do so until it starts working. Otherwise, it'll go back to the nonresponsive state.

    Screenshot, not capture.
Reboot (turn off then on) until it starts working. Then go and uninstall dock.
