I've got a plantronics p590 wireless Bluetooth headset and I want to pair it to my 2G iPod touch. I turn on the headset, go to settings>general>Bluetooth and turn it on, but after like 5 minutes it still can't find it. What's the problem? I'm beyond frustrated and I really need help.

apple products don't work with a lot of bluetooth devices
i bought a plantronics device before and my ipod couldn't find it, once i bought a jabra extreme or motorola rok i was able to connect
i think u have to buy the devices with a2dp functions and keep in mind that its only audio out as u can't speak into the bluetooth microphone at all
