I installed Ubuntu the other day, and absolutely love it. My only roadblocks from switching over completely are my iPod Touch (1G, 2.1 firmware, jailbroken), and a few games.

What's out there for iPod Touch compatibility? I really just need a way to add/remove music, pictures, and videos. And to set up an ad-hoc wireless network for appstore and Cydia+icy.

    What are my options here?

This seems like a good resource to learn from: Link

And if you can't do without windows, you can just keep dual booting, just incase

My main concern is my iPod. Wine seems to run Steam games fairly well, and UT2004 has a Loki Installer, so I'm covered there. The other couple of games I have aren't super important, but might run in Wine anyway.
