    As we all know,
the wi-fi range for the iPod Touch isnt all that great.
Likely caused by the aluminum casing it has.
This effects me because when i'm in my basement trying to ssh,
my laptop gets a signal just fine,
but, my iPod's is constantly getting/losing wi-fi reception.
Making it so ssh'ing is no longer effective to get things done.
    So, i was just wondering,
would it be possible to make my iPod have internet if it was hooked up to my laptop that has internet?

Or is this just a ridiculous/insane idea..

    That's how I do it...
It's easy as hell on OS X.
