Well yea. I was getting dressed for gym and it fell out of my pocket. Then i put it back in my jeans and put my clothes in my locker. Forget to turn the dial so it relocks and yea. Come back after lunch and its gone. Just my iPod Touch, not my cell, not the headphones, not the shirt, not the jeans.

I'm getting my first check from work saturday and its gonna be like 250$ so I'm prolly buying a 2nd gen but. I haven't told my parents yet.

Sucks. I would be more careful next time.

I suppose it's a good excuse to get the 2nd gen.... but still, makes you wonder about society.

Actually if you are on iTunes the iPod won't recognize unless you enter the passcode.

but he can take that a step further and force the iPod to restore by holding the two buttons but is he smart enough to do it?
