ipod touch video problems

    hey everyone!
    i new here.. i signed because i need help with my iPod touch
    its brand new i bought it like one week ago and its having probloms with playing video..
    i uploaded 3 videos (20 minutes long each ) and at some point the video mutes and after 3 seconds it exits the video by itself and going back to the video menu.
    if someone knows what to do please help me..
    i allready tried to restore the ipod and upload the videos again.. but nothing works..

    (oh.. and if there are some spelling mistakes im sorry.. i dont speak english)

    This happens to me sometimes. Most of the time it was just something that went wrong in the encoding.

    What program do you use to convert the videos (assuming that they are converted)?

    I recommend Videora or Xilisoft iPod Converter.

    thanks for responding... i use videora but i didnt heard about the second one ill try it out..
    edit: wait a minute ... Isn't xilisoft only for iPod video?

    I'm sorry I'm bugging like that but if I won't find a solution by tomorow I'll have to give it to apple for a check and it takes alot of time
    so please help me...

    it also happened to me sometime using videora. Usually I re-encode the video and it works fine.

    Try converting or re-encoding the video. That might work.
