Well, I got a new computer and I forgot to transfer my songs from my computer to my new one, my touch is the only thing that holds all the music. Only thing is, can't or don't know how to transfer my music from my touch to itunes.

You can't. You need special software to do it.

There a quite a few programs to do this. Just do a google or beter yet search on IPTF as it has been discussed many times. I can't remember any other than Senuti off the top of my head.

Just don't sync until you do it!

Senuti is great but is only supported for Mac. There are a handful of programs out there for Windows; just search

iPodAccess is personally my favorite, but if you don't want to buy it, you can only download 5 songs/movies at a time, so if you have 1000 songs, it might take you quite a while.

theres 1 way without anything. but some songs come up as 6GDFH or something. most stay the correct name.

first unhide all your hidden folders
then go into your ipod and find a bunch of hidden folders. copy/paste them somewhere then use itunes to add them all. then they will all be on your itunes.

hopefuly that works. it worked with my mates 8gb nano, not sure about touches though.
