I think they will come out with more "professionally" made apps. opposed to some right now, but i doubt apple will be able to stretch out like the creativity of some apps after jailbreaking.

    Trust me,
I dont think its going to be anything like a JailBroken touch.
There are only going to allow VEREY few apps on the touch.

    I agree.

I also have an odd feeling anything really "good" by any standards they will come up with they will charge for.

What apple is releasing in February is called SDK (software development kit). They will most likely release it to a select group of companies and gradually release apps that you have to pay for.

    thxs for da feedback

since they MIGHT do this, do you think if you wanted to jailbreak it
if you got a touch after FEB there would be like some sort of stronger fire wall of w.e
(srry really bad with technical words

If you want to jail break it, and you have the money now, i would go with buy it now. If not you may have to wait a really long time before they come out with a jailbreak for the new firmware you will have to install for the "authorized" third party apps.

I dont think they can really stop you from jailbreaking...
Seeing that all you have to do is downgrade & jailbreak.
Unless the fix iTunes were you click the shift + restore.

I'll probably just keep mine jailbroken because there's no way that apple will put out a gba emulator (my current iPod obsession).
