hi well as the title of the post states, the sound coming out of my i pod is stuffed up, like its muffled and all that and you cant hear the lyrics from the songs properly. i dont know how it happened, and i havent dropped it or anything, but i think it might be a problem wif the hole where u put in ure ear phones? and i dont really drop my i pod or put it in contact with water so i dunno why its like this. oh and i have tried different ear phones and all.

anyways any help would be great
    cheers

try it with different pair of headphones to see if the problem is ur current headphone or the ipod itself.

if it's the ipod problem, i suggest you go to setting and reset all
if that doesn't work, maybe restoring is ur only option

yep, your plug isnt in all the way.

this happens when its just making contact but not full contact so the data gets distorted.

shove it hard in there (thats what she said oooooh! joking)
