    Hello All,
Firstly, apologies if a similar thread exists.

My comp is having a problem recognising the iPod Touch. Whenever I connect the iPod, windows says 'Apple iPod' Camera is connected and nothing is recognised in iTunes.

I had iTunes 7.4.1 earlier and iPod was working fine. I upgraded to iTunes 7.4.2 and then started the problem. I did run diagnostics from iTunes. It says 'iPod Connection Status' Failed.

    Any help is appreciated.
    Thanks

I did install and reinstall of both iTunes 7.4.1 and 7.4.2
    but nothing helped.
    The problem is,
whenever you install iTunes, Quicktime is also installed. But when you uninstall iTunes, Quicktime is NOT uninstalled. When I upgraded iTunes to version 7.4.2, Quicktime wasnt upgraded, hence the problem.
Solution is to uninstall both iTunes and QuickTime seperately and install latest version of iTunes.
    Thanks for your help guys.
