Okay, so today, I thought my screen was a little dirty.
So I washed my iTouch. I only wet the cloth a little. And I forgot to turn off the screen when I was washing it. So I turned it off, and resumed washing.
Now, I turn on my screen, and my lock screen wallpaper of my girlfriend, seems a little compressed. It has like these, faded squares I guess. And they're everywhere. Like, it's really hard to explain. But faded, little tiny squares everywhere is all I can think of. Now, I thought I might've broke it.
However, I went to myspace, and looked at her same picture, and it didn't have all these faded little squares, or pixels, I guess.
I went back to my saved picture of her, it still was the same.
And all my other pictures have the same, tiny faded pixels everywhere.
I tried re-syncing my pics, I've tried deleting and putting them back in, and nothing works. I swear they didn't look like this before, unless I somehow never paid attention. My music album covers also share the same fate.
I posted this question on Yahoo Answers, but it never helped.
    So, I'm begging you guys!

I don't know if this'll help, but maybe you could get a screenshot of your screen and post it here.

sh*t nm. I didn't read thoroughly. You could restore and see if that helps.

Well this might not be technical advice, but if you still have it under warranty, look through the headphone jack and see if the little piece of paper in it has turned red (which means that it's come in contact with water). If it hasn't, you can return it.

I GUESS there's a possibility that they were there all along, and I just never paid attention. But I swear they were clear. And I don't think it's broken, because it seems it can view the picture just fine over myspace.
By the way, I imported my pictures from iTunes, because downloading from Safari made them REALLY compressed.

It's called an iPod Touch, not an iTouch. How many friggin times do we have to keep repeating this?!

Seriously? That's what the paper is for? Wow. I didn't know that.

Yea, that's how Apple tells if there's been any water damage to your Touch. I've heard of some ways to make it white again like using rubbing alcohol or something, but I'm not quite sure about that.

    Pixelated. That's the word.
My saved pictures look like a bad pixelation, when they didn't before.
And I say iTouch, because it's shorter than iPod Touch.
