    iPod Touch run project Iphone SDK (edit)

    ...i watch the video (WWDC 08) for making app on iphone 2.0 SDK....on the demo i saw that our project can run on the iphone simulator and iphone device. Do you think we can run too on the ipod touch...because i dont have iphone?

  3. He seems to be asking whether of not you can run the project you just made on your SDK Kit on your iPod touch, like that one guy who made the hello world app at the 2.0 conference in march used an iPhone to test his app.


    He wants to test his apps via iPod touch.


    Use your brains ppl.

    I'm pretty sure you can do it on your iPod touch as long as you have the 2.0 beta, but I could be wrong.

    Oh now I understand, unfortanatly I think that it is only able to be tested on the iPhone. But I could be wrong.. Does anyone else know this for a fact?

    you have to pay 99 bucks to get into the developer program, and then you can transfer them onto your ipod touch.
    otherwise there would not be an ipod touch beta firmware

    Yes,

    apps will work with iPhone and iPod touch, but obviously apps that need cellular radio, GPS, camera etc wont work because the iPod touch doesn't have the right hardware.
