my ipod touch (gen.1) lcd screen broke and i needed to replace my battery so i purchased both these things on pdaparts.com. Everything turned out fine until i had to remove the screws in order to replace the lcd screen. The problem was that one of the screw heads got too worn out to remove and it is too small. Anyone know how i can remove this screw head?

There is a small set of drill bits, with a finger operated chuck. You can get one of these (about 10-15 bucks on ebay) and try to VERY carefully drill it out.... We've done it several times succesfully. Although, if it is the old screen you are trying to remove the screw from, then you don't have to be as careful....... but you get the idea... The bits are very tiny! Heres a link for what we have:

If we can help, please email me at jmckee@droppedlaptop.com. Good luck!
