The first question i have is what kind of security programs within the itouch i can use, i would like to set a p/w then a sub p.w or put a pw on just a single application, any way i can do it?
The second question i have is i know how to move applications within a homescreen, but is there a way i can move an application from one home screen to another?
any help would be greatly appreciated

If i am misunderstanding this correct me. if you want to lock certain applications and your ipod is jailbroken you can download lockdown from Cydia. As for the second question, what do you mean between home screens, like the one on your ipod or between different ipods.

you can lock certain ones in settings General > Restrictions

as for moving to a different page, you need to put the app right to the edge of the page(hold it down)

There is no built-in feature that does this.

Considering Apple would no way allow this in app store, No there are not. Not without jailbreaking, and as of now, there is no 2G jailbreak.
