    Hello,

As of last night, I have not been able to use my wi-fi on my iPod touch, When I go to settings, under wifi it displays a message saying "No Wi-Fi", And I cannot access the internet.

This is not due to no wireless networks being availible, As I'm right beside my modem, and I'm connected to it with my laptop now,

Reading up on it, It look's like it's a problem with the actual hardware, And I have to send it back?

Here's the problem, It's a 1G iPod touch, and I ran out of warrenty around christmas time.

Has anyone else experenced this problem, or have a fix for it? or is it definatly a hardware fault?

    Thank you,

    Kev

I got that message after water damage. So I could possibly be a hardware fault. Ring Apple see what they say.

EDIT: Have you tried a full restore? That usually solves little problems.

If it's hardware failure am I covered if it's out of warranty?

This is really ridiclious because I have only had the iPod a little over a year, and it's allready giving trouble.
