I DO NOT want to restore it because I have quite a few important thing on there i need to keep. I am jailbroken with blackra1n, and i have a 32 gig 3rd gen itouch. PLEASE HELP!!! i dont mean to use caps, but i dont think ill every be able to get the passcode back..... i can browse the internal files of the ipod touch, is the password located in there??? please help! Thank you!

just browse to the files you need, copy them then restore, I don't think that there has been as much dedicated hacking or cracking to the Iphone OS as has windows so I don't think that there is something that can do that.

browse through /var/keychains. delete keychains-2.db, then reboot.

Just restore it from backup. My sister did it for me when I had the exact same problem, and everything I had on there before I locked myself out was on there after the restore.

My Girlfriend does that to me all the time, but recently I put one on there so she couldn't get into it and it locks for 1 min (rather annoying)

But anyways before when it happened I just restore and all was well providing you made a backup.

I think that we'd all agree that 'Restore From Backup' would be the best option.
