Anyone attempting it and do you think we can use the same procedures?
Well we'd need a new XPwn bundle for 3.0 and we need a new LLB patch specifically for the 3.0 firmware. All of these will probably come from iPhone dev team and other accomplished developers
It'd be nice if we had the RootFS key; then everything would be simple.
Yea I was messing around with the NOR partition, but no luck. I'm giving up and getting back my old jailbroken 2.2.1.
I'm trying to mess around too but no luck so far...
You cant get it by messing with it lol havent learned that?
Guys theres a different section for this.
LOL actually that's how the Dev Team does it too, just investigate until you find something.
Even if it was done, the dev team will not release the jailbreak till the firmware is official
No you don't understand the jailbreak is the same, because it patches readonly files which even Apple can't change without releasing a new iPod
